地下鉄新長田駅から南東､駒ヶ林駅から北西､アスタくにづか3番館1階にある焼肉屋さん。
吟味した和牛をまるごと1頭買いに。
高級店に並ぶレベルのA5ランクのお肉を､お安く楽しめるのが魅力❤️
この日は佐賀牛のチャンピオン､600kgに近い大型の牛。
ヘレを切ったらどこまでもシャトーブリアンだったというほど✨
焼肉のタレとポン酢が出るけど､そのままの方がお肉そのものの味を楽しめる。
ランチにはごはん､スープ､キムチ､ナムル付き。

ハネシタはザブトンとも呼ばれ、牛の肩ロースの下の部位。
牛1頭から数kgしか取れない希少部位。
脂が甘く、口の中でとろけるほど。
