にく たにざきさんに夕食を頂きに行きました。
精肉店を創業してから100年を超える老舗焼肉店です。
西明石駅より車で15分、西神中央駅から車で10分程度です。
最寄り駅がなく、田舎にポツンと佇んでいます。
神戸市西区ですが、ほぼ明石エリアです。
実質、車でしか訪問出来ません。
隣接して無料駐車場が40台分も用意されています。
予約が出来るらしいのですが、週初めの平日でも満席の状態でした。
電話予約が取れず、ウェイティングシートに名前を書いて順番を待つことにしました。
しばらくして名前が呼ばれ、座席へと案内して頂きました。
店内はテーブル48席、座敷40席、合わせて88席用意されています。
座敷の席数が多いのが特徴的です。
小さいお子さん連れでも気兼ねなく食事が頂けます。

オーダーカットなので薄切りや厚切りのリクエストが可能です。
厚切りでお願いしました。タン元に近い部位です。味わいも上々です。
☆特上焼きしゃぶA 2035円×2
焼きしゃぶはAとBがありました。
違いを尋ねるとAの方が肉の中心部位だそうです。
2人前からの注文となるので、1人で2人分お願いしました。
サーロインと思われる見事なサシの入ったお肉です。
軽く炙りポン酢につけて頂きます。
美味しいのですが、サシが多くて後半胃もたれしました。
2人でシェアした方が良さそうです。（苦笑）

一部脂身も混ざっていますが、臭みもなく肉質は良好です。
☆ごはん（中）253円
お代は1人1万円強でした。
肉質やお値段を考えると概ね満足出来る内容でした。
精肉店だからこそ実現可能なコストパフォーマンスの高さですね！
ランチタイムはリーズナブル価格設定なので、
まずランチで訪れてみるのも良いですね。
楽しい焼肉タイムを過ごせました。
