神戸市西区の自然に囲まれたカレー屋さんです、ランチタイムに２名で訪問しました☆
基本のカレーから、トッピング・辛さ・ご飯の量を選ぶものと、特別カレーがあります、この日の特別カレーは牛すじコロッケのカレーでした。
私は基本のカレー630円に、トッピングでホウレン草110円とチーズ(レギュラー)200円と、辛さは普通でご飯は特盛り＋260円に、同行者は基本のカレー630円に辛さ普通で牡蠣フライ３個400円にしました。
辛さは三段階、甘口・普通・激辛ですが、中辛と辛口は“普通”を選んで卓上のスパイスで好みの辛さに調整との事。
はじめにミニサラダが来ました、特盛は大きな皿です、多めのライスと、それ以上たっぷりなカレールーです！
トッピングのチーズは糸を引くタイプ。
カレールーの粘度は低めですが、野菜をミキサーか何かで細かくして煮込んだ丁寧な作りです。
コクがあり滋味あふれる感じで、とても美味しいです、同行者と一緒に「美味しいね〜♪」と。
同行者の牡蠣フライを１個もらいました、見るからに手作り、牡蠣の旨味が生かされていて、こちらもとても美味しいです。
辛さも“普通”だと穏やかで、辛さに弱い私にはベスト！
薪を焚いた暖炉の温もり、周りの景色、スタッフの方々の接客、とても美味しいカレー、このお店だけが出せる特別感が素晴らしいと思いました。
カレーの好みは人それぞれなので、スパイスがガツーン！と来るのが好きな方も多いのですが、マイルドでしみじみと田舎の自然に囲まれて食べるカレーも良いものですよ(^_-)
個人的にとても気に入ったので、今回は高評価にさせて頂きました。
そういえば昔は庭でポニーを飼っていたとの事ですが、その姿は無くて…いや変な想像は止めましょう(笑)
