前回に、当店はタレの方が
いいと学びましたので、
皮やずり以外は基本タレに！
親方のいる明石２号店と
同じ鶏だと思いますが
本店を任せる焼き手の弟子！
なかなかやります！
私には明石店のものよりも、
火入抜群に感じました！
〆に頂いた
