『焼肉ぐりぐり家 伊川谷店』にてランチ♪
コチラのランチは土日祝日限定と狭き門です。
そんな事情もあって、大きな期待を胸にお邪魔した。
その意気込みが表れちゃったのか、この日の口開け客にｗ
とは言え、車の中で開店を待っていた方が数組…
その為、12時の開店と同時に3～4組がお店に入った。
そのすべてに「ご予約されていますか？」と、
尋ねてみるも、その中に予約客は居ませんでした。
すると「少々お待ちください」とレジへ…
座席表を見ながら案内する席を確認し始めた。
うぅ～ん、なんだかなぁ～という展開。
で、少し待たされた後、席に案内されました。
ですが、ホッとしたのも束の間…
その後もツッコミどころ満載の展開。
まず、ランチの内容をお伝えしておくと、
間違いなくお値段以上の内容だと感じました。
・石焼ビビンバと焼肉ランチ(お肉160g)：1,419円
・ハラミと2種のカルビランチ(お肉220g)：1,419円
お肉の量、セット内容共に満足出来るものでした。
成形肉を使わずこのお値段ってのはお得感があります。
ただ、｢ハラミ｣の質はお値段相応という感じで、
｢名物ぐりぐりカルビ｣も、店名を冠しているわりに…
しかしながら｢絶品やみつきカルビ｣はイイ！
コレだけでもお値段分の価値はあるんじゃない？
けど、サービスはどうにかした方がいい。
お客からお金をとれるレベルに達していない。
これまでも、接客態度に対しては厳しめでしたが、
コチラの接客に関しては、完全にスキルが足りてない。
オーダーしたものがなかなか届かなかったり、
意志を伝えない限り｢包み野菜｣が出て来ないとか…
事前にそのルールの説明もなかったので、
半分ぐらい食べるまで、ひたすら待っていた。
因みに、お願いしなきゃ水も出ない。
ランチは土日祝だけだから不慣れなのか？
はたまた、兵庫は遠いから目が届かないのか？
ってのは、広島と岡山がメインのお店らしいので…
なんと、兵庫にはコチラ“伊川谷店”しかないんですよ！
にしたって、この低レベルな接客はちょっとあり得ません。

“研修中”とか“新人”とかという名札もしていませんし…
どのスタッフもこのレベルなのでしょうか？
このレベルなら先輩が付いてないとダメっしょ？
愛想が悪いわけじゃないだけに残念です。
かと言って、許されるレベルではありません。
