Today's lunch is Seishin Chuo. After the memorial service, we all had lunch together. First visit to Momoyama-san on the 17th floor of Kobe Seishin Oriental Hotel. Since we had reserved seats and food in advance, we were guided smoothly. It's a hotel after all, and the atmosphere and customer service are perfect. A private room with a nice view, a calm atmosphere and a comfortable atmosphere (^ω^) As I was toasting with non-alcoholic drinks, the food was brought to me. Appetizers, pickles, and soups are arranged in a large box. I can't stop being excited (^O^) First, I added the green vegetables that came with the appetizer. What is this vegetable? The petals are also mixed in to create a fun texture and aroma. It's a perfect dish to go with beer. When you open the soup bowl, you can smell the soft aroma of the soup stock. As expected from a Japanese Cuisine in a hotel, this is a proper liver-sucking restaurant. When you take a sip, you can taste the bonito and kelp in this delicious soup. Well...the lid of the box is open. Wow, that's huge. A whole thick eel. The volume feels like a duvet layered on top of a rice futon (^O^) It brings a smile to my face. I decided to sprinkle some Japanese pepper on it and eat it. You can easily cut eel just by holding up your chopsticks. It's fluffy. Open your mouth wide. Yes, yes. The eel extract oozes out from between the crispy skin and the flesh. The fatty paste is also perfect. I also like the unobtrusive sauce that doesn't interfere with the taste of the eel. Eel is my favorite food, silently moving my chopsticks (lol) No one is looking at the scenery anymore. While staring only at the jubako in front of me, I babbled. Pick some pickled vegetables to take a break from chopsticks. I don't like Narazuke, but this one was surprisingly good. The one that comes together lightly is Ume Shiso. The light and refreshing acidity is perfect for refreshing the palate. It was a whole eel, so it was enough to fill my stomach. I drank the liver soup and washed my mouth. After everyone finished eating, dessert was brought out. Assorted ice cream, pear, and orange. A little effort has been added here as well. The sweet honey is decorated with pomegranates and has a beautiful color. But I think it was a little too sweet for me. A slightly luxurious lunch in a calm space. It's good to do something like this once in a while. Thank you for the meal.
