自宅近くに店が出来ていたのは
何となく知っていたのだが、
いかんせんこの暑さ、自宅で手早く食べるのが多く
少々、出掛けるのは控えていました
昼間に、店の前を通った時に、
店主らしき方が出てきてくれて
わざわざ色んな事を説明してくれて
一度行ってみようと思い、訪問しました
焼処 大山どり・鍋 ゆきひらにて
大山どり 本日のおまかせ4種盛 ￥1200
大山どりの唐揚げ ￥600
生ビール プレモル ￥480×2
料理は、大山鶏にこだわった鶏料理が中心で、
焼き鳥は、自分自身が焼くスタイルで、
ここら辺、伊川谷周辺では珍しいですね
焼き鳥以外に、一品料理や鍋物などもありますが、
少し単価は土地柄、高めな感じがします
地鶏だけに仕方無いかもしれないけどね…
店内は黒を基調にしたモダンな雰囲気でお洒落です
今風な感じで、三ノ宮にある店かと思う感じ～
店員さんもキビキビしててフレンドリーで◎
ゆったりとしたい時にはいい店だと思います
