絶品‼︎大山どりとA5黒毛和牛 : Yakidokoro Daisen Dori Nabe Yukihira

On this day, I had ordered a course meal in advance using Tabelog 's online reservation service. I registered the date and time and number of people and visited at the scheduled time, but when I arrived, there were no seats available. I couldn't help but show the confirmation email from Tabelog the day before, and I hurried to the kitchen. I got angry and said, "I'll order it individually!" After that, I said, "I made a reservation," and got ready. The course I had decided on in advance was ``Morning Daisendori x A5 Rank Specially Selected Kuroge Wagyu Beef.'' All-you-can-drink course included: Assorted kimchi, seared Daisendori thighs, choregi salad, two types of grilled green onion, salted Cow tongue, and vegetables Daisendori Grilled food: A5 rank A5 black Japanese beef from Saga Prefecture, special sirloin, fried Daisen chicken, grilled Daisen chicken and wagyu beef Sushi dessert. Everything was spectacular and delicious. The Wagyu beef was so tender that the sweetness of the meat was overwhelming and melted in your mouth. Daisendori was delicious with a plump texture and full of flavor. Salted beef tongue sauce and choregi salad dressing were by far the most delicious. It was a feast.

大山どりの身のあまさは特筆ものです。
播州百日どりは弾力がありプリプリで食べ応え充分。

好みが分かれるでしょうが私は大山どりに１票かなぁ〜

サラダもシャキシャキで梅の香りがしっかりして量もたっぷり

後半戦は和牛に挑戦です。

鹿児島県産A5ランク特選黒毛和牛
との事で サーロインを塩で
あと塩だれ上ハラミも頂きました。
サーロインは舌の上でとろーりとろけてしまいます。

やはり牛肉は最上・最強

鶏たたきも美味しかったです。

『ゆきひら』さんは伊川谷地区では美味しくてリーズナブル
いつも満席なのが頷けますね。

Unfortunately, I was able to easily change the time. I'm really happy with the care they put into this area ☆☆☆☆☆ This place mainly serves Daisendori, but also Japanese beef and Seafood, so it's no wonder why it's so popular. Comparing the tastes of VS Banshu Hyakunichidori [Momo] We received grilled dishes such as Oyamadori furisode, chicken dish, meatballs, and grilled vegetables. Even though it's called yakitori, this is a restaurant where you grill it yourself using a grill or roaster that doesn't have skewers. The tataki Daisendori is served with onions, green onions, ginger, and garlic seasonings, and is soaked in soy sauce, but it's raw, so eat it as soon as it's served! Fatty and delicious ☆☆☆☆ All the grilled dishes are juicy and plump. The difference between Daisendori and Banshu Hyakuchidori is also obvious: Daisendori has a stronger sweetness, while Banshu Hyakuchidori has more elasticity and juiciness that conveys the quality of the meat! To finish off, I had the grilled nigiri, which was extremely fresh and delicious ☆☆☆ There are many types of alcoholic drinks as well. I had draft beer and a highball, but the delicious food and alcohol also went on. It was a feast. I'll come again~ Next time I'd like to enjoy the local chicken VS Kuroge Wagyu beef.
