高知県南国市に本店がある、みそラーメンチェーン。高知県は実は味噌ラーメン文化で、特に「味噌カツラーメン」が地ラーメンとして有名。高知では「ラーメンの豚太郎」に行ったことがあります。ちょっとあっさり目の味噌カツラーメンであった。
このチェーンは高知発祥ながら、高知県には2店しかなく、大阪への出店が多い。
兵庫県ではここだけで貴重です。
駐車場あり。昼時で小行列でした。
さて、味噌は味噌でもいろいろな種類を用意しており、悩みます。せっかくなので「かつ」を入れたいところ。
北海道百年味噌カツラーメン1180円
味噌と言えば「札幌」であろう。ここは兵庫で、店は高知のチェーンだが。
ゆで卵二つ、カツ、メンマ、ネギ。カツの上にはなにやら薬味が。どのラーメンにも載せられるようで、食べてみるとおろしショウガ？
若干見かけは寂しいですね。もっとネギ入れれば華やかなのにな。
麺は中太ストレート。縮れではなくストレート。コシを感じる。縮れがないことを除けばこれも札幌に近い。
スープは濃厚。少しぬるく感じるのが残念。兵庫にも沢山味噌ラーメンの店はあるけど、これはより札幌ラーメンに近い味わい。脂はほどほど。「ラーメンの豚太郎」に比べると大分濃厚。
このスープなら縮れ麺で食べたくなるけど、ここは高知のチェーン。
カツはサク感が残り、美味い。ただ、豚太郎から比べるとちょっと小さめ？
目の前には「味噌ラーメンのおいしい食べ方」が貼ってある。
まずはそのままま、半分くらい食べたら「ゆず酢」を数滴入れて味変するそうな。
確かに爽やかさが加わって美味い。その他、「フライドガーリック」「唐辛子味噌」などで味変を楽しみました。
具ではメンマがヤワヤワで独特で個人的にあまり好きではない感じ。
高知チェーンということは忘れてはいけないが、縮れ麺ではないことを除けば札幌ラーメンに近く、カツラーメンも楽しめ、貴重なお店ですね。
