銀の湯の近くにあります。
私は十割蕎麦をいただきました。
店員の薦めに従い、最初はそばだけで食べ、ついで塩を付け、そして最後にツユを付けてたべました。
韃靼そばの風味を活かし、パンチの効いた苦味と腰のあるそば麺に驚きました。
最後はアクの強さを感じ、口の中になんとも言えない苦味が残りましたが、そば湯をそのまま飲むと、ほのかな甘みを感じました。
好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれませんが、そば通ならば一度は味わうことをお奨めします。
