【神戸市北区・谷上】鳥刺しが美味い！要チェック！
我が地元の谷上ですが、数店行けてるだけで未開拓ですねん。地元の友人達も何故か三ノ宮以外で食べたがらず、「谷上で食べよう！」と誘ってもなかなかな釣れない。「お前らの郷土愛はどこ行ったんじゃー！？」と叫びたくなるJapanese Massholeです。
この夜、ここ一帯を父と一緒に物色した後に決めたこの場所。特にどれに魅かれたというわけでも無く、入って行きました。
もつ鍋を結構アピールしてて鳥専門店のオーラを出してます。2人だけやったんで鍋はパス。で以下をオーダー。

イカ一夜干し
鳥のつくり三点盛り

全卵かけたま
げそ天番長にはソースがかかってて、天ぷらの衣に甘みが混じると結構ええ味出しますやん。なんかお菓子みたいな感覚。
イカの一夜干しはセルフで網焼きするというシステム。団欒しながらゆっくり味を確かめるように食えるし、出してくるイカも一夜干しでもかなり新鮮で柔らかく美味しい。
だし巻き卵は普通やったけど、全卵かけたまはもう一杯食べたいくらい美味しかったなー。
茄子のチーズ田楽は茄子の果肉が肉肉しくて、その上にチーズと味噌が乗っかって焼かれてて、味も濃く肉食の者にも満足出来る味と量。
で、一番印象に残ったんが鷄のつくりの３種盛りでしょう。どれも柔らかく、自然な甘み。美味く新鮮な鷄ならではの味ですな。これは外せんアイテムです。
スタッフも若者衆の非常に感じ良いカスタマーサービスで気分良かったです。
なんとか、地元の友人達集めてここで宴会したいな！

2回目の来店！ 嬉しいですわー。谷上で食べるの！
今回は小中学校の旧友と飲んどってんけど、みんなわらわらと集まってきたんで、コース+飲み放題が出来んかった。けど、焼酎ボトル2000円は安いからそれを中心に飲んだんで4000円以下と安上がりましたわ！
やっぱ鳥刺しは外せませんな。相変わらずの絶品でしたわ。
ブリも滅茶滅茶脂乗っかっとったし、つくねの蓮根はさみも蓮根のうまさと肉汁が融合してめちゃウマ。
初めて食った「鳥梅茶漬け」はこれからの定番となりそう。
