家族で行って来ました‼️
せっかく来たのだからと、滅多に食べることはないしもしかしたらもう来れないかも知れないと思い(笑)、黒毛和牛ヘレステーキのコースを注文。
まずはオードブルのハムとスライスした玉ねぎに特製ドレッシングがかけてありました。
玉ねぎをハムで巻いて食べて…美味しいー‼️
ハム自体も薄いし柔らかいので、玉ねぎを巻きやすく、食べやすいし、玉ねぎでアッサリ食べれました✨
次はサラダで、普通のサラダだけど、りんごチップスが乗ってて、このりんごチップスの甘さがまた美味しい。あと、器が素敵でした✨
次はスープ、ミネストローネで、うん、まぁ普通(すみません)。
で、メインのお肉ー‼️
運ばれてきた時点で超レアやし一緒に乗ってる玉ねぎや白菜も生やけど、鉄板が熱いので徐々に焼けてきていつのまにか野菜もお肉も良い状態に焼けてました✨ただ、ウェルダンが希望の人には難しいかも…
口に入れたら…柔らかい‼️溶ける‼️本当にそんな表現にぴったりなお肉でした✨1人だけ国産牛を食べてたので1切れ交換したけど、柔らかさが全然違います‼️
本当に最高に幸せでした〜✨
最後はデザート✨アイスもちょうど良い甘さで、ケーキのベリーのちょっと酸っぱいのも良かったです✨
食事中にピアノの生演奏もあり、味覚・嗅覚・視覚・聴覚・触覚(というか歯ごたえ❓舌触り❓)、全ての感覚が非日常な感じで過ごせました✨
あと、最後になりましたが、サービスもすごく良かったです‼️
