飲み友達に誘われて、夙川にある吟座糀家さんで
1年に１，２回行われる、招待客限定の『日本酒飲み比べの会』に参加してきました～♪
お店の外には夙川カトリック教会が見えて、暗くなるとライトアップされて、
めっちゃ雰囲気がいいですよ～☆
「獺祭（だっさい）」などの、珍しい大吟醸酒から始まり…
同じ銘柄でも、使用しているお米が違うものを飲み比べたり…
この「十旭日」や「天狗舞」は、原料のお米の種類が違うんですね〜。
もちろん、お料理も絶品！
なんでも、京都の老舗料亭から引き抜いてきた板前さんらしく、
お刺身も、冬瓜のお料理も、めっちゃ美味しかったです（≧∇≦）
テーブルの真ん中には七輪があって、イカの沖漬やタコを網焼きでいただきました。
この沖漬のイカ、めっちゃ日本酒に合います！！
そして、さつまあげや、あさりとハマグリの酒蒸しなど、
日本酒を際立てるお料理が次々と…

今回は日本酒の飲み比べだったので、お料理も決まったコースだけだったんですが、
今度は、もっといろいろいただいてみたいです。
