I booked a course and visited on Friday. Customers with reservations arrive one after another. The seats filled up quickly. The inside of the restaurant is a horigotatsu style, which gives it a nice, relaxing feel. The shop was also clean. The sashimi was delicious, but the steamed vegetables in the steamer basket were even better. Cherry tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, Japanese yam, pumpkin, ginkgo, mizuna, and paprika. The natural sweetness of the vegetables was delicious. But is okra imported? It was hard and streaky, so I had trouble getting it out of my mouth. It was better not to have this. You might want to wait until the season comes. The pork was also tender, fatty and delicious. The skewers are rice cake, pork fillet skewers, squid, konjac, tofu Hamburg, shrimp, cheese spring rolls, and bamboo shoots. The batter is thin and light, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. The pork fillet was soft and not greasy, and the tofu Hamburg had various vegetables mixed in. The konnyaku was flavored, so it was easy to eat. The dashi rolls were smooth and the white dashi flavor was nice. This time it was plain, but some had mentaiko inside. It seems to be a specialty of the store. Onigiri also had a nice bonito flavor and were soft to the touch. The customer service was polite and had a nice smile. Next time I would like to order skewers a la carte.
