西宮苦楽園口にある鮨まつ本さん。
定期訪問を続けてる素敵なお鮨屋さんです。
今回は最初に蟹を出されて一品目から心を鷲掴みされました。
確かな技術で丁寧な仕事をされてるのが伝わってくるにぎりです。
今回は縞鯵とヒラメと漬けマグロが特に美味しかった。
また、次回が楽しみです。
