雰囲気や味は申し分ないけど…拘るにしても出てくるのに時間が掛かり過ぎ。
他の本格的な店に行っても、これだけ待たせる事ない。
こんな待たせるなら、基本はコースとか、やり方変えた方が良い。
でも、串の提供は一本ずつではない…なんででしょうか。
あと、日本酒の値段の付け方が、変だ。
紀土と而今、鳳凰美田…の値段が、ほとんど変わらない。而今か安いのでなく、紀土が、高い。
仕入れ値が、違うでしょ。
アルコールは、総じて、品揃えが良くない…。
光栄菊とか天美、みむろ杉あたり置いてるので、今時を置いてるけど、焼鳥に合いますか？？？
接客も良いし、味も悪くない。でも、お値段以上では無い。
