今回は、娘の旦那さんと二人指しで伺いました。
ちょうど三年前の正月に、旦那さんが実の親父と
『一度も外で呑んだ事が無い』と言う話から始まり、
『３人で呑みに行こう！』って話になり
旦那さんのお父さんが予約してくれてたお店です！
しかし、予約の一週間前に突然お亡くなりになられ・・
今回、三回忌を兼ね義息子に再度予約してもらいました。
お店は飲食店街の外れにあり、店内はカウンターのみ
１０席位の小じんまりした雰囲気で非常に好感です。
女将さんは気さくで、大将も『ザ職人さん！』って感じで期待大です。
先ず突き出し頂いたのが『梅干しの天ぷら』❗
食べた事無いです。「何故か甘い」
ここら辺で満席でしたが、大将の手捌きが凄く食欲に合わせて、ちょうど良いタイミングで配膳してくれます、『これは一流』です！
また、大将が大忙しの時は女将さんが我々の話相手もしてくれて『あ、うん、の呼吸』素晴らしい！
一陣のお客様が引いた後は、大将も気さくに話ししてくれて、無きお父さんの話しなどして
こちらで、好みにしていた焼酎など注文しながら
慎ましく、ながら義息子と二人で良い時間が過ごせました。
なかなか個人のお店で、ここまでは無いです❤
その後息子と二人、コースに無かったメニューや
リピートメニュー、お酒も含め、
如何に良い時間を過ごさせて頂いたかはお分かり頂けると思います。

お料理の味は勿論ですが、ご接待も凄い。
娘の家の近所なので、今度は嫁さんと一緒に行きたいです！
