最近よく友人からいい店があると聞いていたのですが、なかなか行く機会がなくやっと家内と行ってきました。
行ってみると裏六甲の住宅街のど真ん中。ちょっと高そうな店構え入店すると「いらっしゃいませ～」っと元気な声。
若い板前さん３人が気持ちいい。
まずはじめに、ドリンク。
日本酒の品揃えがいいのがうれしいです。
そして、お料理
まずは、お造り２人前
聞いたことのない白身 めいち鯛、黄だんカレイめちゃくちゃ美味しい。とくにめいち鯛は濃厚な甘み。
ゴマサバの炙り等、どれも美味しい。そして三田牛のイチボと呼ばれる肉のお造り これがまた甘い。
なんでも牛は魚の脂と溶ける温度が違うため出てきてからしばし辛抱してから食べるらしい。
板さんも笑顔がいいし何とも楽しかったです。
次は、キンキの一夜干しう～んたまらんです。
そしてお寿司
いきなり いかうにからの出発
まぐろのづけ 白身のチリにぎり などおまかせで８貫いただきました。
隣のお客さんの話では哀川翔さんもこられているお店だそうでこんどもテレビに出るみたいです。
今度来た時にはよくみんなが注文をしていた鯛サラダを食べたいです。
楽しい時間を過ごせました。ごちそうさまでした。
