讃岐うどん はんげしょうさんにお邪魔しました。
・鶏天ぶっかけ1100円
前からずっと行こうと思ってたお店です。
麺はコシのあるタイプではなく柔らかめ。
もちもちしてます。
お出汁は生醤油かな？
甘めですが醤油の尖った感じが少し気になりました。
鶏天はしっかり下味がついていてサクサクでした。
百名店というフィルターがなければ、そこそこ美味しい店、という感想になったのでしょうが、並んでまで食べるかというと…。
普通に美味しかったです。
が、フィルターを突き破るほどの美味しさではありませんでした。
うどんは東西で好みがわかれますからね。
