西宮神社で陶器市をやってるので、阪神西宮にやってきた。
駅前に評判の回転寿司があるので、行ってみたら生憎の定休日。
第２候補のこちらに伺いました。
13時過ぎに着いたら、店内は満席。
少しだけ待ってたら、ご案内いただけた。
ひやかけがあったので、迷うことなく注文。
トッピングで鶏天をお願いした。
普通でも400㌘あるらしくて、大盛りをたのんだら800㌘になりますよと言われたので、中盛りに自重した。※それでも600㌘！
実際目の当たりにするとすごい麺量だったけど、好みの熟成具合で、文字通りスルスルと食べられた。
実はもっと剛麺だと思っていた。※もはや剛麺なんて死語か？
お出汁は苦めが抑えられてて、クリアな味わい。
もう少し旨味が強くて冷たい方が好みだな。
14時前には麺切れで、次々とお客様を断っていた。
