今回のお店は西宮北口にある居酒屋、「宮崎地鶏 炭焼ばる ファイアーバード」さん。秘密基地感のある外観で、新鮮な宮崎地鶏を堪能できるのはもちろん、その他創作料理も充実した隠れ家的なお店です。

宮崎地鶏もものたたきは、とても新鮮で、歯ごたえはありながらもやわらかく、味付けは甘いタレが地鶏の旨味と見事に絡み、トッピングにオニオンスライス、生姜とレモンで味変できるので、3種類の美味パターンを堪能できるおすすめの一品です。
宮崎地鶏もも黒コショウ炭火焼は、こりこりで歯ごたえがしっかりしており、炭火と黒コショウの風味が程良く感じられ香ばしく美味でした。
チキン南蛮は、今年一の美味が出ましたよ。一番好きな揚げ方で、歯切れも滑らかで柔らかく、特製の甘いタレとタルタルソースはそれぞれ上品で絶妙なバランスで超絶美味。毎日食卓に並んで欲しいと思えるほどの絶品でした。
長芋の炭火焼は、メニューにシズル感が載っておりとても美味しそうだったので注文。シャクシャク食感が心地よく、程よい粘り気とタレ、鰹節が相性抜群で美味でした。
この日は食欲が爆発し我慢できず、〆を石焼地鶏ごはん、地鶏のぞうすいの二段構えでいってしまいました。どちらも頼む時点で結構お腹が満たされている状態でしたが、それでも頼んでよかったと思える絶品でした。
このお店に来るのは2回目ですが、全く飽きを感じません。定期的に来て行きつけのお店にしたいところです。
