博多駅で友人と話していた時、「有機野菜を広める仕事」を閃く。

2003年 神戸市で、オーガニックの八百屋を開業。
2011年 兵庫県市島町の生産者など約50名の株主と共に、ファームアンドカンパニー（株）を設立。
アンテナレストラン「野菜ビストロ レギューム」やカフェ＆ショップ「愛農人」の運営、
2015年 （株）兵庫食べる通信を設立
