以前手打ち蕎麦屋の後に今年１月オープンしたお店。そば屋さんのときから絶好のロケーションに感嘆した
ものですが、今回イタリアンになってより一層景観がマッチするようになりました。
六甲山と夙川カトリック教会を借景にした眺めは、風景を見慣れた宮っ子のイボイノシシでも見とれるほどの
素晴らしさ。カウンター席の右端かテラス席がオススメ、感動的なロケーションですよ。
エレベーターで最上階のお店に入ればまさに隠れ家レストラン。小粋にまとめられたバールタイプの店内に
流れるＢＧＭは、ビートルズメロディーが延々と流されています。シェフの好みだそうです。
ディナータイムはジャズが流されるそうですが、カフェタイムにカンツォーネはいかがでしょうか（笑）
名古屋の名門イタリアンで修行されたシェフと、笑顔が素晴らしい女性スタッフが自然体のサービスをしてく
れます。
ランチメニューは３種類。
★本日のパスタランチ ： パスタ・パン・サラダｏｒスープ付き、 （￥1,000）
★契約農家さん直送有機野菜プレートランチ ： パン・スープ （￥1,200）
★本日のポットランチ ： ポット料理・パン・サラダｏｒスープ付き （￥1,500）
有機野菜のプレートランチと本日のポットランチをオーダー、+￥400でドルチェ（黒こしょうのチーズケーキ）と
ドリンク（アイスコーヒー）も追加しました。ＣＰはこの地域では良心的だと思います。
スープはカリフラワーの冷製ポタージュ、パンはバケット。プレートランチはお店曰く（佐賀県吉野ヶ里直送の
新鮮で安心・安全な有機野菜）が、彩り良く１２～１３種類とモッツァレラチーズ添え。野菜好きにはたまらないピ
アットですね。
本日のポットランチ、フレンチのココット鍋料理によく似ていますが、中身はほうれん草のソースにアサリとプチ
トマト、アスパラガスにオクラなどを添えて、メインのスズキのポアレが存在感抜群の料理で、素晴らしい味わい
を与えてくれました。
下ごしらえが素晴らしく魚の生臭さも無く小骨も無いパーフェクトな仕上がりでバケットとも相性抜群！シェフに
「どちらかと言えばフレンチに近いね」と話しかけると、『名古屋で修行中にフレンチのシェフとも交流がありまして』
とのことでしたが、控え目ながらもフレンチティストをイタリアンに加える繊細な技法は大したものです。
絶好のロケーションを楽しみながら、レベルの高いイタリアンを楽しめるこのお店、マジにオススメできる素敵な
オステリアです。
