西宮で美味しそうなスペイン料理店を発見し訪問。場所は西宮北口から徒歩圏内の路地にあります。店内はテーブル席がいくつかとカウンター席。
注文はイカ墨のアロス、タパス3種盛り合わせ、アサリのサルサベルデ、アヒージョ、チーズケーキ。
アロスは土鍋ご飯のことのようで、注文してから時間がかかります。でてきたご飯は見たことない黒いご飯。具材にイカと赤いミニトマト。食べると、少し塩辛くイカの旨みがご飯全体に。すごくおすすめです。
タパスは小皿料理のことのようで、酒のつまみに合います。
アサリのサルサベルデはオリーブオイルの香りとニンニクの香ばしさがアサリを引き立てます。
アヒージョは数種類の組み合わせから選べます。今回はアサリとじゃがいも。堅めのバケットにつけて食べます。
チーズケーキは濃厚なチーズの風味が良い感じ。
こちらのお店はスペインの北部バスク地方の料理がメインで土鍋ご飯がすごく美味しいお店です。
