パティシエ・トシヒロ タダノさんに行ってみました。
そんなに広いお店ではありませんが、印象的な赤がテーマカラーのお店です。
美し系のケーキがずらりと並んでいました。
フレジェ。
いちごショートが、ちょっぴり進化したようなケーキ。表面のストライプがおしゃれなルックス。
甘さと酸味のバランスがよかったです。
モンブラン。
うねうねではない、シンプルなデザイン。
中にはクラッシュされた栗が入っていました。カスタードクリームとマロンクリームの相性がいいねぇ。
イチジクのタルト。
カットされたいちじくがきれいに飾られてます。イチジクの優しい味と、タルトの主張しすぎない甘さが素敵な美味しさです。
その他、パウンドケーキも買いました。
ぜーんぶ、なかなかおいしかったです。
