ブラックアンガス牛ステーキ150g1480円に消費税で1628円。ライスかパン、スープ、サラダ付。
サラダとスープはなかなか美味しい。スープはオニオンスープだが、コクがあり塩加減はちょうど。
さてじっくり時間をかけてメインの牛ステーキが来る。150gだからまあまあの量。塩もしくはドレッシングでいただく。
肉の味わいはある。しかし肉が固すぎて歯が痛くなるほど。アンガス牛は初めてだが、こんな固いのかな。
次回はハンバーグあたりにするか、高いが神戸牛ステーキにしよう。
サービスは、フロア係の人は笑顔。
