PR for restaurants |
This restaurant serves Chinese Cuisine prepared by a chef from a hotel, and uses safe vegetables from contracted farmers.
"Oh Chai" wants people to enjoy eating a variety of Chinese Cuisine, so instead of serving Chinese Cuisine on large plates, they serve it on "small plates" that are familiar to Japanese food culture. |
I went there about three times on weekdays, but it was closed. I went there on Saturday and it was open, so I asked and they said it would open when the staff was there. I wish they would announce it on social media, but I went for the dim sum Dim sum for 1,800 yen and a small bottle of Heartland beer for 605 yen. The appetizer was elaborate with pickled mustard greens, Brussels sprouts, shrimp and sweet cashews. The deep fried spring rolls for Dim sum were tasty, and the steamed dishes were also elegantly seasoned and all delicious. I had a choice between noodles and porridge, so I went for the noodles. The pork bone broth was lightly seasoned, so it was a bit hard to eat. The almond tofu dessert was a bit elaborate. The overall taste was elegant, and the food took a lot of effort to prepare.
