私は今まで日本酒が苦手でした。

今まで私が飲んできた日本酒は、銘柄指定の無い安酒だったからです。
それがヒサゴヤさんで「本当の日本酒」を経験し、
初めて、日本酒の美味しさ、そして様々な日本酒の味わいの楽しさに触れることができました。
日本酒の世界に触れた、良い経験をさせて頂きました。
また、料理も美味しかったです。
特に宮崎地鶏焼きと地鶏刺身が逸品です。
クセが無く、新鮮そのものでした。
