西宮にある【スパイスカレー ボマイェ 2号店】さんでのランチタイム。
今回は車だったので近くのコインパーキングに車を停めての入店。
お店は阪神電車今津駅前だからわかりやすい！
鶏白湯スープ咖哩も魅力的でしたが今回は
◆時雨咖哩
◆鶏麻辣と極粗親鶏のキーマ
◆熟成塩麹チキンの３種あいがけ 1520円をいただきますっ♫
中央の黄色いご飯の上には時雨咖哩、その上に半熟卵をトッピング❤︎
左の黒っぽい方は鶏麻辣と極粗親鶏のキーマ
右の黄色い方が熟成塩麹チキン
上部は副菜の水菜・鶏の炭火焼き・刻み玉ねぎとトマト
繊維質の時雨に
荒めの鶏ミンチキーマ、
苦味のある旨さが美味しい熟成塩麹チキンの方はゴロっと塊肉と
いずれも鶏肉を使ったカレーですが食感の違いとそれに合わせたスパイス、どれもが美味しくて後半は混ぜ混ぜ〜(*´∇｀*)
半熟卵と副菜のみずみずしさや酸味で辛味を和らげながら最後まで美味しく完食！！
鶏のみで3種の違いが味わえるカレーってかなり攻めてます♪♪
