店内は座席に余裕あり。
感染症対策はかなり徹底されている。
まん防が発動されたこともあるのかもしれないが、いわゆるマスク会食の徹底について、掲示だけではなく口頭で念押しされた。
このように店主の意識が高いお店は、非常に安心感がある。
きっと、客から見えないところでも、しっかりと感染症対策がなされていることだろう。
肝心の餃子は、見た目が美味しそうということは特になかったが、食べてみたらとても美味しかった。野菜の歯応えも軽快で、肉汁の旨味も楽しめ、ビール片手にいくらでも行けそうな感じだった。
（けど、当日は車だったので、ビールは飲めませんでした。）
台湾まぜそばは、いわゆる居酒屋メニュークオリティで、見た目あまり華やかではなかったけど、普通に美味しかったですね。
ミンチが食べ残るので、〆のライスもサービスされてきました。これはよかったですね。
今度はビール片手に長居したいと思いました。
