I took a train for about 30 minutes from Shin-Osaka Station and went to the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant "Charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Korean Cuisine Kanteipou", which is a 5-minute walk from "Koshienguchi Station" in Hyogo Prefecture! It was a visit for an industry group, but this restaurant provided hospitality that exceeded my expectations! First of all, the atmosphere of the store is The Masses, which is a subdued lighting and an interior that makes you feel the warmth of wood, and although you can go to a high-end Yakiniku (Grilled meat), I feel that this kind of atmosphere is calm. The most impressive thing was the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) served with a catchy sauce called "sauce that does not make you cringe". The owner's Mr./Ms., who has been trained for more than 100 restaurant, was standing on the site himself, and it was delicious and you could feel his passion. In fact, there are 35 kinds of homemade sauces in the lineup, and it is characterized by the fact that you can enjoy each meat according to it. All the meat is perfectly balanced with the sauce, and when you take a bite, the flavor of the meat spreads throughout your mouth. While enjoying the Yakiniku (Grilled meat), I was able to hear firsthand the commitment and enthusiasm of the owner Mr./Ms., which further enhanced the charm of this restaurant. I was able to have a good conversation with my friends who were eating at the same place, and I was able to have a good time with delicious meat. "Charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Korean Cuisine Kanteipou" are wonderful restaurants that combine deliciousness, a pleasant atmosphere, and the passion of the owner Mr./Ms..
