開店前に並んでいる人がいる評判の店 ランチといえど一時間はかかる 四川？広東？
オープンして一か月。開店前から並んでおられます。
私も予約せずに並びました。
半数の人は予約されていましたが、開店時に並んでも大丈夫です
12時には満席でした。
ただ、ランチといえど食事が終わるまでに一時間くらいかかりますので、一巡する12時半までは席は空きません
今回は海老のチリソース1300円に+300円でミニ酢豚を追加。それと生ビール550円
ほぼ、皆開店時に入店されていたので、料理によって提供される時間が変わります
後で酢豚が出てきたのですが、上品な味でビールにも合いました
海老のチリソースも辛すぎず用品な味です。ご飯が進みます。
この料理を食べると人気の理由がわかります！
次はあんかけ焼きそばを食べてみたい
ただ、口コミなどを見ると四川料理系かなと思っていましたが、HPには本格広東中華となっています。食べた感想としては、素晴らしい広東料理です

前回来た時に「次はあんかけ焼きそばを食べてみたい」と書いたので再訪
12時半頃行くとカウンターは満席でしたが、テーブル席は空いていました。
もう1テーブル空いていましたが、その後相席に
相席になると小皿や紙ナプキンが取れませんが、店員さんは無視
メニューを見ると炸醤麺があったので注文すると、売り切れとのこと
予定通り海老ともやしのあんかけ焼きそばと生ビールを注文
先に焼きそばが来て、暫くして揚げ物２種が
揚げ物は、揚げ春巻きと鶏のから揚げでした。どちらも揚げ過ぎず美味しくできています
焼きそばには、大きめの海老が入っていて満足感があります。味も上品です
店のレベルに比して、ホールスタッフのレベルが上がっていないなと感じました
