パクチーロケット台湾 (汁なし台湾ラーメン)辛さ2 ¥1100
阪急夙川駅から徒歩でテコテコ10分くらい。
夙川グリーンプレイスという複合施設に入ってます。
共同駐車場があるので車で来てもいいな♪
平日午前11時半頃訪問。

お席で注文。
お目当てのロケット台湾は、パクチーのせをチョイス。辛さの程度がわからないので2にしてみる。
ザーサイはセルフで食べれる分ヨソヨソ(*^^*)
5分くらいで着皿。
汁なし台湾ラーメンというと、名古屋にある○生餃子さんの刺激的な皿台湾をついついイメージしちゃう。
こちらの汁なし台湾ラーメンは味は薄くはないのですがマイルドな感じです。ニンニク追加できるといいな！
辛さ2はあまり辛くないです。辛さ4でも大丈夫そう。
硬めの細麺、台湾ミンチ、しゃきしゃきモヤシにパクチーがいい仕事してます！
後半、黒酢をカケカケしてサッパリ味変♡
美味しかったー！
夙川で汁なし台湾ラーメンが食べれるなんて嬉しいな。

お店の方の対応雰囲気も感じ良かったのですが、メニュー表が油でベトベトでした。カウンター席だったからかな(^^ ;
