神（味）は細部に宿る！正直で手抜きの無い美味しさ
◎妥協と手抜きのない優しい美味しさ
◎明日も来たくなるプロの味にして家庭の優しさ
◎全てのソースが別のもの。
こういう基本に純粋で真面目に美味しい料理ほど、
その美味しさを表現するのは難しいですよね、
Bランチ1350円を頂きました。
Bランチは、ハンバーグ、クリームコロッケ、チキンカツの盛り合わせ、
Aランチは、ハンバーグ、エビフライ、ミンチカツの盛り合わせです。
お料理の特徴としては、とにかく真面目で、基本に忠実で、奇をてらう事なく、
それでいて、素晴らしく優しい美味しさと、
一切手を抜かずに真面目に作れば、
こんなに美味しくなるんだ！
というお手本のような笑みが溢れる美味しさです。
ハンバーグは、お箸を入れると洪水のような肉汁が溢れ、
それでいてデミグラスソースを薄めてしまうような、
アンバランスな事にはなら無い素晴らしさ。
クリームコロッケは丁寧に作られたベシャメルソースが激熱に舌を攻撃してきます。
チキンカツは香りと肉自体の甘みが素晴らしい、
あまりチキンカツを食べない私の中では過去一番の好みかもしれません。
そして、シェフの真面目さを表すのが、
デミグラスソース、
クリームコロッケのソース、
チキンカツのソース、
全て違う3種類のソースが掛けられている事です。
すごくないですか？
この頑な迄に拘り手を抜かない姿、
まさに「神は細部に宿る」って感じですし、
それがこの優しい美味しさの全ての源に感じまさした。
好き嫌いの無い味付けのお料理で、
誰でも食べやすいお店です、

Demi-glace and Japanese-style sauce are both delicious, but I preferred the rich demi-glace sauce. The Japanese-style sauce is not too sweet and has just the right amount of richness and flavor from the onions, and it has a slightly sour taste, making it perfect for those who often find Japanese-style onion sauce too sweet. Also, while looking at the menu, I discovered something new: You can make toppings. There were crab cream Croquette, fried shrimp for 250 yen, and other items for 150 yen.
