Remarks |
Gaya is the name of a confederation of wealthy small countries that existed on the Korean Peninsula from the 3rd to the 6th century! |
I visited with my family of three on a Sunday afternoon. I was happy to see my favorite, Seolleongtang, at the top of the menu. The inside of the restaurant is different from the typical ordinary Korean Cuisine, and has a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Of course, I ordered the Seolleongtang set meal, and my wife and son ordered the Yukgaejang soup set meal. The seolleongtang set meal comes with seolleongtang, rice, three types of kimchi, perilla, and salad. The seolleongtang has a tasteless and elegant feel, and the meat is not on the bone, but flaked. And, although I have never experienced it elsewhere, there was radish in it. My thoughts are that bone-in meat is better, the radish is delicious but unnecessary, the quantity is small, and the price is relatively high (1,580 yen!). It actually looks like a high-end store ^^;)
