阪急今津駅から線路沿いに少し歩いたところにしゅんきち精肉店があります。二階は焼肉店です。お肉屋さんの焼肉店って期待が高まります。
とっても新しくきれいな店内です。
ランチメニューです。
焼肉定食にするのですが、冷麺がついている定食があります。1380円しますが、これにしましょう。
サラダとキムチがきます。
そして、お肉とごはんがきました。
お肉は、きれいな霜降り肉とハラミかな。
一切れずつ焼きます。一度に全部焼いてしまうと焼けすぎてしまうので、食べる分だけ焼いていくのが理にかなっています。
霜降りの方は、まず、塩とわさびで食べます。
塩だけなので、お肉の味をしっかりと味わうことができます。
ハラミも、一口ずつ、塩で食べたり味噌で食べたりたれで食べたりします。
冷麺がきました。
黒く細い冷麺です。ローストビーフとキムチとリンゴとキュウリがのってます。韓国冷麺で、強い弾力があります。
焼肉に戻りましょう。
次は、霜降り肉をタレで食べます。
上等のお肉を味わって食べました。
