ニホンウナギ一尾３０００円・・！？安すぎない！？
専門店だと８０００円ぐらいするやろ？！と思っていたら、どうやら養殖のものだそう。
どうやらニホンウナギの稚魚を海外の養殖場で育て、輸入しているらしい。
背開きで、蒸して焼いているとのこと。炭じゃないのはちょっと残念。
せっかくなら・・と思い今回は鰻重の特上（一尾だったよ）３０００円を頼んでみました！
ゆず味のお吸い物とたくあんがついてきたよ。
運ばれてきたお重とお盆がめっちゃ上品！！

というのが蓋を開けた瞬間の感想です。
お味の方は・・
うっまー！でした笑
臭みがなくてびっくりしたけど、水温とか餌にこだわって育てるかららしい。食べやすい。
これ鰻の臭みが苦手な人もいけるかも？
オープン初日に行ったんですけどやっぱりバタバタしてました。あるあるですね。
今後に期待。頑張ってほしいと思いました。
