甲子園駅東口から高架沿いすぐのお店、まだ新しい鰻屋さん「鰻はな 甲子園店」さんを見つけて野球観戦前に急いで飛び込みました。
知っている人はお店の脇のお弁当の渡し口から受け取って甲子園球場で食べる人も多いそう、
予約もしてスムーズに受け取れるとの事でそうすれば良かったかなとリサーチ不足を反省。
今日は初回なので偵察を兼ねてお店でいただきます。
エレベーターで上がった2階が食事スペースになっていて簾で仕切ってあり半個室で落ち着きます。
メニューを見るととてもリーズナブルでびっくり、特上鰻が¥3300？凄いっ！
せっかくなので特上鰻とセットにした鰻巻き、ビールでキメちゃおっと♡
かけつけビールをキュッとやっているうちに鰻巻きをいただきます、さっぱり目の味付けのだし巻きが良い感じ。
そしてしばらく待って現れた黄色いお重。
黄色は阪神を意識してるのかな？
蓋を開けると大きな鰻がびっしり♡
やっぱり特上は迫力があります。
私の鰻のこだわりは関東風、コチラの鰻はなさんも関東風の背開きで蒸して焼いた鰻です。
表はパリッと中はふっくら、追いダレをして小袋の山椒を振ります。
山椒の香りがプンと立つ。
ご飯と鰻を頬張るとふわりと崩れる柔らかな鰻の身、旨みの油と香ばしさがたまりません。
やっぱりこれですよね。
ビールをひと口グビっとやったらそこからは無の境地、食欲という本能に任せて食べ進めお重の中はピカピカになだだところでフーッと溜息みたいなものをついて残見残したビールを空っぽにして完了です。
想像以上に良かった。
今まで甲子園界隈で美味しいお店は無いのかなと思っていましたが良いお店を見つけました。
次は予約して観戦のタイミングでお願いしよう。
