本日(1/26)は阪急今津線今津駅に遠征、駅に近い今月６日にオープンしたこのお店を訪問。
入店して券売機で「特選醤油味玉肉らーめん(950円)」の食券購入してカウンター席に着席、麺は硬めをチョイス。
ほどなくして丼が登場、醤油色のスープの上にたっぷりの豚バラスライス・半裁された味玉・紅葉おろし・たっぷりの刻み青葱が乗っていて、淵に海苔とチャーシューが貼り付いており、なかなか多彩なトッピングで賑やかなビジュアル。
レンゲでスープを一口啜ってみると、やや甘めではあるがスッキリした味のそこそこ美味しいスープ、何となく「丸源」の肉そばのような感じがする(見た目も似ている)。
見えなかった麺を引き摺り出してみるとツヤのある中細のストレート麺、ツルリとした食感と弾力のある歯応えでなかなか美味しい。
豚バラスライスやチャーシューも旨い、紅葉おろしや刻み青葱も良いアシストをしていてＧＪ。
ということで完食・完飲、満足できる１杯でありました。
