生まれも育ちも芦屋の下町のワタシ
中学時代はJR芦屋駅北の塾へ
腹減り塾前に食べてたどさんこラーメン
近所にあった龍ちゃんラーメン
高校になるとその反対側に出来た芦屋らーめん庵
記憶にあるのは、ラーメン食べられない女性店主自身が食べられるラーメンを作ろうと行動したのがこのお店の始まりだったような
記憶にあるレイアウトは、カウンターが西向きで小さな製麺機があり、注文してから麺を切ってました
何回か食べて美味しいなぁと思ってたらいつの間にか大行列の国道は駐車違反でいっぱい
それからは、国道二号線にラーメン屋さんが乱立して、芦屋ラーメン戦争なんて言われてました
キムチ食べ放題が標準なのか、東のロイヤルホストの宮川挟んだ西の店もキムチ食べ放題
芦屋らーめん庵は、忘れた頃に食べてましたが、どんどん西に行ってちょっと間があきました
あのころは個人経営のラーメン屋さんも少なくて、中華料理のひと品的なラーメン
母親とも夜に歩いて来たお店でした
乱立したラーメン屋さんもいつの間にか無くなり
ふうりんが反対側にある程度
思い出に浸りながら芦屋らーめん＋ライス＋キムチで950円也
途中、ニンニク、ニラ漬けもらう
これは反省、ない方が美味かった
キムチは旨味甘味のいくらでも食べられるタイプ
懐かしさもあり、お腹いっぱいになりました
