4名個室が11部屋用意されている、非常に雰囲気の良い人気イタリアン。2021年イタリアンwest百名店に選出されています。
接客も非常に丁寧で、豪華な料理をゆったりと堪能できるので、デートや記念日での利用におすすめです。
今回いただいたのは、ランチおまかせコース。一口サイズの前菜に始まり全10品提供いただける、ボリューム満点のコースメニュー。にんじんのムース、ブイヨン、ウニを組み合わせた甘味と海鮮の旨味を感じられるスープ料理は圧巻の美味しさです。
フルーツトマトを使用した冷製カッペリーニや、濃厚で白子のまろやかな食感が堪らないクリーム風リゾット、ビーツのパスタにブラウンマッシュルームと穴子を組み合わせて趣向を凝らしたパスタなど、イタリアンならではの料理はどれも絶品。メインは5種類の海鮮、お肉から選ぶことができ、追加料金はかかるものの、和牛イチボ肉のローストは柔らかい食感と口の中で溢れ出すお肉の旨味が病みつきになるような、最高のクオリティでした！
