芦屋のラッフィナート…今回二回目の来訪…ここはお店の雰囲気もサービスもお料理の美しさそしてクオリティも本当に素晴らしい！シチュエーションにもよるでしょうが、甘く美しく優しく、そしてワクワクが止まらない夢の様な時間や空間を演出してくれます。小阪シェフの美的感覚が織りなす一皿一皿には、計算され尽くした美しさと美味しさの完璧なハーモニーが堪能でき、一見したシンプルさの奥に味わいと工夫の深みを感じます！例えば、単調となりがちなボルチーニ茸のリゾットも、ホアグラのコクと甘さが加わることで、とても芳醇で豊かな旨さが合わさり、かつて経験したことのない絶品へと昇華されます…最後のデザートまで構成も素晴らしく、素材の良さが見事に生かされたお料理の数々に感動が続きます…またサービスも完璧で心配りや気配りが程よく快適で心地良い時間が過ごせます…なお写真にはジビエを使ったパスタ、デザートの一品が抜けています…
以前にも書きましたが、やはり行くと必ず記憶に残る、いろいろなシチュエーションで使え、必ずゲストに喜ばれる、これぞ芦屋というまさに優雅な名店だと再認識しました…

私のお気に入りである芦屋のリストランテ…華麗で麗しく優雅なラッフィナート…幸運にもお呼ばれで今月2回目の来訪機会をいただきました。ただ間隔が約1週であったため、メニューの重なりが…と気になっていましたが…見事に日々近づく春の気配が存分に表現されており、繊細でビビッドな小阪シェフの感性、そして美的センスに改めて感動しました！
今回はややオフィシャルな会であったため、メニューの詳細を聞き逃すことが多く説明不足で恐縮ですが、桜エビや菜の花などが巧みに取り入れられ、一皿ごとの華麗さと美しさ、そして美味しさとのハーモニー、最後まで絶えないトキメキをやはり存分に味わえ堪能させていただきました！
このような幸運に恵まれることはきっと稀でしょうが、演出力や気配りが行き届いたサービスの素晴らしさなど、やはりこのお店のもつ妥協なきホスピタリティとポテンシャルの高さ、安定性に全くの揺るぎを感じず、それを満喫し心から享受出来る悦びや幸せをさらに強く認識させていただきました…
