関西はひっさびさの雨です
雨の日は嫌いだけど。。。雨も必要ですもんね
雨のせいか、今日はめちゃ寒いです

土曜の昼下がり・・・
お寿司でも食べようと思い、車で信号待ちしていると正面に「江戸前寿司 竹」さん発見！
結構目立つ看板に惹かれて、しかも駐車場もあったので即決で入店しました
店内はカウンター席と2階に座敷があるみたいでした
カウンターに通されました
カウンターの中には板前さんが3人いました
とっても愛想が良く気持よく食事をする事ができました
お寿司もネタに対する仕事が丁寧でした
イカの飾り包丁は素晴らしかったです(^^)
ここはマグロが美味しい
最初に出される造り三種のマグロも、握りのマグロもとっても美味しかったです
最後に善哉が出るのも「お口直し」で良かったです
赤だしがなかなか出てこなくて、最後に聞いたら、出し忘れていたみたいで謝られました
そんなこともありますよね
出し忘れてしまった事に対する謝罪がとっても丁寧で、そんなに謝らなくてよいですよ～(笑)
って逆に思ってしまいました
また行きたいと思います
