ティータイムにお邪魔しました。
デザートと飲み物のセットが１２００円税抜で頂けるとのことで、初めて伺いました。
玄関にたどり着くとウエイトレスの方が迎えて下さいます。全面ガラス張りの空間は種々の緑に覆われ、ほどよい目隠しにもなり、また生い茂った緑の香りと美しい木々に癒されます。
さてメニューのほうは、チーズケーキ２種、または本日のドルチェの計３種の中から一つ選択し、飲み物は各種コーヒー、紅茶、果物ジュースから選択できます。私は本日のドルチェのカタラーナのあまおうソルベ添えとダージリンティーをお願いし、相方はベイクドチーズケーキの清美オレンジ、アイス添えとホットコーヒーをお願いしました。
しばらくして運ばれてきたデザートは大変見目麗しく、やはり料理はまず目で楽しむものだなと再認識させてくれます。
カタラーナの周りにはふんだんにあまおう苺がちりばめられており、カタラーナのブラウン色と苺の赤色の色彩の組み合わせも素晴らしいです。かたやチーズケーキのほうも、白色を基調としたケーキとアイスクリームに、清美オレンジが調和を崩すことなく色のアクセントとなっています。
お味のほうも、期待以上に美味しかったです。繊細な口どけ、ある部分は固く、ある部分は柔らかく数層になっていたり、また素材のフレッシュさ、甘さ苦さのバランスも素晴らしいです。チーズケーキのほうもくどくなく、綿雲のようなふんわりした生地に、オレンジの爽やかさがあいまって、湿度の多いむしむしした天気でまいっていた体を一気にリフレッシュさせてくれました。
１２００円でのティータイムは決してお安いとは言えないかもしれませんが、特別な日にはぴったりの空間と料理を提供してくれるお店だと感じました。フルコースディナーのしめに提供されるハイグレードのデザートをこの価格で頂けるのですから、価値があると思います。ありがとうございました。
