JR芦屋駅と阪神芦屋駅の間くらいにあるパティスリーです。数人待ちみたいでちょっと並んでみましたが途中までワンオペ状態で一人当たりの接客時間は長めになっていました。
シブーストやフランがラインナップにあるのは結構驚きです。
しかし売れ行きが良さそうなのはフルーツ系みたいでした。
「フラン」450円
バニラビーンズの目視可能。
アパレイユはなかなかに好きかな。
タルト生地はちょっともさっとしていて物足りない印象です。
現金のみの取り扱いです。
帰りに扉を開けてくれありと接客が丁寧です。
それで余計に時間はかかるのでしょうね。
