(2011.12.23-24)今回もこの店にいくことを主目的として、関西へ帰省してきました。12/23, 24と2日連続で攻めてきました。朝どれ人参のサラダ、オススメの魚を使ってのアクアパッツァ、アクアパッツァのだし汁を使ってのリゾット、これは毎回毎回オーダーしています。サラダは人参が豪快に大量に登場。人参はしゃきしゃきの食感、噛めば噛むほどでてくる甘みがたまりません。アクアパッツァは、今回の訪問では、鯛、平目、タラをそれぞれ頂きました。魚によってはトマトベースにすればよいか、オリーブベースしたらよいか教えてくれます。じっくり煮込まれただけあって、スープにはよく魚のだしが効いてます。にんにくも程よく効いていて、アクアパッツァ自体もかなり美味いのですが、このだしを使って作られるリゾットは最高です。(好み次第ですが、リゾットに追加でにんにくをいれてもらうとさらにgoodです)アクアパッツァを供するお店で、そのだし汁を使ってリゾットまで出してくれるお店って経験上、滅多に無く、それが食べることができるお店ということが、自分のなかでの評価を高めています。現状、上に挙げたサラダ、アクアパッツァ、リゾットについては文句なしで日本一ですね。その他のパスタ等もレベルは高いので胃袋に余裕があればぜひトライしてみてください。
