前から行きたかったお料理やさん、今回女子会で利用しました。8000円ぐらいのコースかと思っていたのですが、予約すると、10000円と15000円のコースのみというので、10000円のコースにしました
どのお料理も素材が厳選されていて、クオリティの高いお料理だと思いました。
特に印象深かったのは、お刺身に添えてある紅蓼が普通のものより大きくて、紅蓼の味ってこんな味なんだと実感しました。それだけ食べても美味しかったです。
筍とマスのお料理の筍が新鮮で、美味しかった。
最後に出た、白身魚の炊き込みご飯が非常に美味しくて、お代わりしてしまいました。
なんとも言えない絶妙な炊き加減でダシが良くきいているんだけど、上品で
確か金目鯛だったと思うのですが
10,000円のコスパはあのクオリティでは文句なしです
