今や芦屋の顔と言っても過言ではない程有名になったラッフィナート。
ラッフィナートはJR芦屋駅近くにリストランテ、バール、ピッツェリア、ロスティッチェリア、ジェラテリアを展開。ジェラテリアは大阪・グランフロント、東京・六本木ヒルズにもあります。
今回はディナーでバールを利用しました。バールはモーニング、ランチ、カフェ、ディナー、2軒目、バーとオールラウンドに使えます！
※17:30までならイタリア産高級スパークリングワインのフランチャコルタのグラスが1,980円→990円でいただけます！
今回は、
・甘い人参のスプーマ 生うにとコンソメのゼラティーナ
・明石タコとブラウンマッシュルームのアヒージョ
・鰆のアクアパッツァスタイル
・4種類のチーズクリームソース 自家製麺のタリアテッレ
・A5ランク黒毛和牛のビステッカ
をいただきました。
どれもおいしかったですが、冷菜の「甘い人参のスプーマ」とメインの「A5ランク黒毛和牛のビステッカ」がとてもおいしかったです。また伺います！
