こちらは高級住宅地として有名な芦屋市にかまえるケーキ屋さんです。
曜日によって焼き菓子の日、生菓子の日があるようでいつもケーキが置いているわけではない模様。
日曜日はケーキが売られてます。
私が行った時は夕方だったのでピスタチオのケーキしか残ってませんでした。
母の日なのでいちごのショートケーキはすぐに売り切れたとのこと。
⭐️ピスターシュ
王道のピスタチオケーキです。
気になるお味は・・・。
軽い‼️
口の中ですぐに崩れてスッと消えていきます。
中にはフランボワーズのシュプレームが入ってます。
底はチョコの生地で、ピスタチオ、フランボワーズ、チョコの王道な組み合わせ。
不味いわけはない。
でもこのピスタチオ部分の軽さは特に素晴らしい。
