芦屋川の優雅なお寿司屋。バーも併設しているオシャレな店。行き届いたサービスも嬉しい。
彩りランチ3000円+税をいただく。ほかに2000円と5000円のコースもあり。
まずは前菜に煮こごりや炊き合わせ。味付けがとても美味しい。薄味で、しかししっかりとした味わいが絶妙。
つづいてお造り。それほど高級な魚ではないが美味しい。そして茶碗蒸し。これまた薄味だが絶妙。
そしてメインのお寿司。にぎりはハマチとサーモンだけだが、どちらもとても脂がのっていて、美味。お吸い物の出汁も最高。
デザートはケーキ。ほうじ茶が付いてくる。
とても好感度なホールスタッフ。サービス料をとってもよいくらいの素晴らしさ。
二人合計で消費税込みで6600円。これはお薦め。
